Colony Shopping Center

Koi Sushi is likely the best Japanese restaurant in North Raleigh. Everything we have tried is always so fresh and delicious. They do a huge takeout business, probably because it is plated just as beautifully as if you were enjoying it at the restaurant. I believe they also have the largest Saki selection in Raleigh, it not the entire Triangle. Prices are what you would normally pay, but I feel the portions are more generous. Try them out.

This place is had its share of struggles over the years trying to keep tenants. Food Lion is the main reason I stopped here and it's difficult to get in and out of at rush hour. The subway is okay and Peking Garden has really great Chinese food.

Busy! Busy! Busy! This center was very busy, filled with customers going in and out of the stores. Food Lion was running over. Run down shopping center with a ghostlike abandoned movie theater. It’s on a fairly steep hill so heads up when it rains. There is a Food Lion, which in my opinion is the best one in the area. There’s a dive bar on the corner called the Bull and Bear that has been there for ages. There’s also a Japanese restaurant, though I’ve never eaten there so I cannot comment on it. Can be very difficult to turn left out of the parking lot if you’re exiting the main way. I suggest going to the side and exiting thusly.

Easy in and out, great location at the corner of two busy road, stop for a bite or a snack, groceries, milk, gas or any last minute items on your way home. This place has a little bit of the essentials. The only reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because getting back into those intersections might take you a little longer than it takes to get in. Overall this is a good mini shopping mall.

Very nice staff. I ordered online and went through the drive thru. I got home and everything was wrong. I went back to the store and they kindly got it right with a smile. They have my business now and in the future

I shop here at the food lion and it's pretty great. The gas station is 24 hours but getting in and out can be tricky during the busy rush hour in the morning and afternoon. I like this shopping area because it's so close to north hills, but not actually north hills which gets jammed with people all the time. This place is much more chill and laid back.

I love this Food Lion location. Great fresh products and friendly staff. Super convenient location. One star off because the shopping center in general appears old and run down.
